Centermount
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located exactly at the center of the sign face.
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located exactly at the center of the sign face.
Full Flag
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located at, or very near, the end of the sign face.
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located at, or very near, the end of the sign face.
Semi or Partial Flag
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located along the torsion tube part way between the center and end of the face.
Monopole structure configuration where the column pipe is located along the torsion tube part way between the center and end of the face.
Super or Extended Flag
Monopole structure configuration where column pipe is located outside the boundries of the sign face.
Monopole structure configuration where column pipe is located outside the boundries of the sign face.
Offset
Monopole structure configuration where column pipe is not located on the same plane as the torsion pipe.
Monopole structure configuration where column pipe is not located on the same plane as the torsion pipe.
Butt Splice
The uniting of two pipes that are equal in diameter.
Transition or Ring Splice
The uniting of two pipes of unequal diameter.
H.A.G.L.
Height Above Ground Level. Care must be taken to define where on the sign structure the measurement is to be, i.e. Clearance under the lowest part of the head sections, bottom of the aprons, bottom of the face, top of the face (overall height).
